I am having the same issue, my work around is using the Entra Admin Centre if that helps anyone.

We cannot login to the 365 admin center. When trying to do so we keep getting:

and it wont let us in for approximately 30 mins now.
I have tried inprivate window, chrome, edge, and arc browsers. We cannot seem to get in at all. All admins are greeted with the same error.
