Scheduled Backup doe not stop

Hello,

i have a running Backup Job, that does not stop. It's running for over 24h now.

I tried to stop it via GUI, which is not possible; also via Powershell / CLI which also failed.
The GUI has no "Stop" button. The Powershell / CLI claims the backup vault doues not exist.

The Backup-Job is startet from a Backup vault to backup an Azure Datebase for PostgeSQL flexibe server.

Based on the information you provided, I understand that the scheduled backups are running longer than expected.

Could you please confirm if the recovery points getting generated for the backup job that is currently in running state?

Also, try running the on-demand backup, see if that successfully completes. Reference link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-database-postgresql-flex#run-an-on-demand-backup

Just a suggestion, you may want to try modifying your schedule backup policy and then check if that helps fixing the issue.

Hello,
all scheduled an on demand backups are failing now, because the old job is still running.
Although i can no longe see it in the GUI-

The server xxx already has a Long Term Retention Backup in progress. Please retry the operation once the onging operation completes. Status: 409 (Conflict).

I tried to stop the Job via CLI, but the CLI cannot find the runnung Job.

The job is definetly still runnuing (since May 23rd), but the Powershell / CLI claimseven the backup-vault does not exist:

(ResourceNotFound) The Resource 'Microsoft.RecoveryServices/vaults/xxx' under resource xxx' was not found. For more details please go to https://aka.ms/ARMResourceNotFoundFix

Code: ResourceNotFound

I even looked in the Azur Resource Explorer, an found the vautlt with its ID there.
