how to access my azure student account, which is also linked to my personal account?

I have taken an Azure student account with my university mail. As I am graduating this month, I have added my personal account as an owner for my school account. I just accessed it once to make sure it's working, and I lost all my access to my Azure portal account and could not even log in to raise a support ticket. it's say the "More information required

Since this is an account within the university tenant, you need to contact the IT Admin of your University which might happen to be the Global Admin in the tenant to resolve this.
