I have taken an Azure student account with my university mail. As I am graduating this month, I have added my personal account as an owner for my school account. I just accessed it once to make sure it's working, and I lost all my access to my Azure portal account and could not even log in to raise a support ticket. it's say the "More information required

Your organization needs more information to keep your account secure "

After clicking NEXT I see a message "Success!

Great job! You have successfully set up your security info. Choose "Done" to continue signing in.

Default sign-in method: Authenticator app or hardware token - code

Authenticator app"

I don't know what to do now help me please

    Hello Sumaharika Peddireddy ,

Thanks for reaching out in the Microsoft Q&A!

To resolve the verification loop after adding your personal account as an owner to your Azure student account, first check your personal email, including spam folders, for a verification email from Microsoft. Contact your university's IT department to help complete the verification or regain access using your university credentials since you're graduating soon. If IT support isn't available, try logging into the Azure portal with your original university account. Avoid creating new support tickets if you can't access your university email. Additionally, set up an authenticator app for verification and update your security info with your personal contact details once access is regained.

If you find this helpful, please accept this answer to close the thread. Thanks!
