I just tested from an Azure VM and was able to access the website without issue. Are you able to test from another VM in the same or different region? You can also use Azure Network Watcher to troubleshoot. Troubleshoot outbound connections using the Azure portal.

I tested it now, its reacheable.

however, it is using it's private IP address, but when tried inside the AVD which is using a public IP, still no go

Your AVD has a public IP address assigned to it? By default, that is not recommended and is likely causing a routing issue.

Actually, its server has also public IP address, but were able to access the website.. is there a way on how to make the server's public IP as all VM's IP? I mean there will be a fixed public IP
