Not able to use Microsoft Authenticator properly, can't access my school account.
Hello.
I factory reset my phone recently, and afterwards my microsoft authenticator app is not working properly.
When I try to log in to my school email, it asks me to authenticate the log in with my mobile app, which is normal.
However, when I go and try to do this, it just gives me an error message and nothing happens.
I have tried to add my account again on both of my devices, but it does not let me sign in with another way than by using the authenticator. Even when I try to log in inside the authenticator app, it asks me to use the authenticator app, which I am clearly unable to do since I am already inside the app trying to log in.
I have tried to use the QR-code option as well, which also gives me an error message.
I am writing this from my personal account, as I obviously can't access my account that actually has this problem.
Could you provide me a solution rapidly, as I am in an urgent need for solutions.
