How can I create the openAI resource required in this link

I don't have a company email address to use in this application form. Is it really the intended purpose to prevent people without a company email address from completing this training?

    Currently, accessing Azure OpenAI Service requires a company email address because it's mainly aimed at business users, but keep an eye out for updates. Maybe they'll make it available for individuals like us in the future!

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    As of now, Azure OpenAI service isn't available for creation across all subscriptions. To gain access, users must meet the criteria outlined in a specific form. Approval for access will be granted after a thorough review of the information provided in the form. If your request for access to the Azure OpenAI service doesn't meet the Acceptance Criteria, you can still utilize the OpenAI public APIinstead.

    Also, your subscription should use be a pay as you go account to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved.
