Hi,

I am a Software Engineer, and I have enrolled myself in challenge: "Microsoft Build: Build multimodal Generative AI experiences"
I need access to Azure AI Services for this challenge and other basic trainings I'm going through. But when i look at the criteria, it says that it is only available to corporate customers.
I'm wondering how other users have completed this challenge, as there are a lot of completions showing in leadersboard.

I'm also happy to signup using my company email.

If I did not understand something correctly, can you please guide me to right direction? or alternates to complete the challenge and trainings?

Thanks

    Hi Zeeshan Mustafa,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A forum.

I understand the importance of accessing Azure AI Services for the "Microsoft Build: Build multimodal Generative AI experiences" challenge and your other training needs.

The Azure OpenAI Service is indeed restricted and not available for all subscriptions. To access it, you must meet specific criteria outlined in this form. Your request will be reviewed based on the details provided.

Here are the steps to move forward:

    1. Submit a Request: Complete and submit the Azure OpenAI Service request form. Ensure you provide all necessary details accurately.
    2. Corporate Email: If you have a company email, using it might help meet the eligibility criteria, as corporate accounts are generally prioritized.
    3. Alternative Option: If your request does not meet the acceptance criteria, consider using the OpenAI public API, which offers similar functionalities and can be a good alternative for your projects.

Please note that Azure for Students and the free trial subscriptions no longer support Azure OpenAI. To ensure a successful deployment, you should use a pay as you go subscription.
