
Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me
-> Select Credentials -> Select Certifications
If you can't see here, then you might added certification in a different email.
Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings?tab=credentials-tab
and check whether MC ID and Email ID on your Score Report is same here.
If different, Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me using other email id and connect the profile.
