2 different MCID account numbers

Question

I could not see my latest earned Microsoft certification in My Profile> Certifications. I then noticed that on this last exam I sat I was given a new/different MCID account number, but same email address. I think I need to merge the two accounts or migrate one to the other, how is it done so that I have all the certifications in one place? Thank you

Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me

-> Select Credentials -> Select Certifications

If you can't see here, then you might added certification in a different email.

Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings?tab=credentials-tab

and check whether MC ID and Email ID on your Score Report is same here.

If different, Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me using other email id and connect the profile.
