How did you set up Teams? Via Teams admin center or Teams client?
It's possible that Teams is not enabled for your organization's Office 365 subscription. To check if Teams is enabled, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Office 365 admin center.
- Click on "Settings" and then "Services & add-ins".
- Scroll down to "Microsoft Teams" and click on it.
