Hi there,
I wanted to request urgent assistance with My Azure Portal Service that has been disabled!
I paid an IT guy that i saw an ad on a chat group of to setup Azure Portal for me and create Virtual Machines that i use for work. So yesterday I woke up to find they were all disabled so I called the guy and he said no its some issue with payment because i pay him then he pays the bill and maintains everything. He later called me and said it was reactivated and his business card he uses to pay for it has expired so he changed his card. Today in the morning i find same thing again its disabled. I sent him a message that delivered to his phone but he didint reply so i called him like half an hour later to ask then his phone is out of service. I have no other way but phone and email to contact him then the mail keeps bouncing back too. In the beginning he had told me if there are issues i am not allowed to contact microsoft directly because he has a contract with them and i am only allowed to deal with him and if needed he would request support and fix whatever issues might arise. But now im stuck without VPS and all my data is on there and im not able to reach the guy so i tried contacting support through the portal but tbh the support is useless or non existent.
I just keep getting these stupid bots asking questions and giving solutions to their own version of my question which doesnt even relate to the issue and seems like there is absolutely no way to reach any Human support and the bot just keeps running in circles on same nonsense and doesnt take me anywhere.
Please i need support urgently or a way to contact support if anyone can help? Its very urgent to be able to access my VPS and im losing a lot of money by not having access!
