Would Azure be able to retrospectively apply the education credits to our past charges?

My lab has been running a VM on an account for a while under the default directory and a regular subscription. My university later assigned us some education credits to our account, but as a different directory and a different subscription. Would Azure be able to retrospectively apply the education credits to our past charges?

    Hi @DY ,

    I think it's not possible to retrospectively apply the education credits to another Azure tenant and a different Azure subscription.

    The best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
