Workbook Excel API for personal OneDrive accounts is not working

This API https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/workbook-createsession?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http was working fine for Personal OneDrive accounts but it has stopped today on 6/4/2024.
It is returning with the following error. The same error happens with Open Graph Explorer

2024-06-04T21:40:24.5466667+00:00 It looks like it is not limited to createSession but related to Excel API access from Personal OneDrive. Excel access from OneDrive Business accounts work fine.Others seem to have run into this as well https://community.zapier.com/troubleshooting-99/connecting-to-excel-is-giving-you-do-not-have-permissions-to-open-this-file-in-the-browser-32095, https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-to-fix-you-do-not-have-permissions-to-open/ec7dc329-bda7-4838-a1b6-d0fcca0c53b6I also verified that it does not work with Open Graph Explorer and returns with the same error.
I consented Files.ReadWrite but still running into the same issue.
"https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/drive/items/<id>/" works to get Excel workbook but "https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/drive/items/<id>/workbook/worksheets" show following error.
Any help here would be appreciated.

According to our investigation, this issue only happens for Workbooks stored in OneDrive Consumer platform. Please note Workbooks stored in OneDrive Consumer platform are not officially supported by Excel Graph as mentioned in the public documentation. We recommend you to use Excel workbooks stored in OneDrive for Business, SharePoint site or Group drive if you would like use Excel Graph with full support.
