Intune Remote Help: getting error after logging in "it looks like you have signed in with the wrong account". I never receive the About Your Privacy screen where you can click Accept to launch the app.

I can log into Remote Help on laptop if I am signed in with my Microsoft Account. However I am logged in using a local account. I am prompted to enter my MS account credentials, from here I should get a "about your privacy" pop up where I would choose Accept to launch. I never get this screen when I am logged in as a local account on my laptop.
