There is no generic Engine
process in Windows. However your third party malware program may have such a process. Right click the process in Task Manager and there is an option to open the file location. Go to where the file is located and see if it lines up with a program you expect to be installed.
If it is in a location such as a temp or download directory then it is potentially malicious. You should remove it and scan. If it is in System32 or another protected directory then most likely it is tied to a program that you installed since only an admin could do that.
If you view the properties of the file itself you'll generally get information about the publisher and potentially the app it goes with.
