WIA Transfer Test fails in Win 11 24h2 HLK

Question

Hello community,

Executing HLK tests for WIA driver in windows 11 24H2 26100, WIA Transfer Test fails with "CreateDevice Failed" "Failed to CoCreate Device Manager" and other.

why does the WIA transfer test fails in win11 24h2?
