How to stop MS Teams meeting setup on my behalf?

support a large manufacture. I have 1 user that has a MS Teams meeting issue for a while. This is affecting only a single user. Here is the issue: Meeting being setup with managers and VIPS by other users ON HER BEHALF. Managers and VIPs will join these meeting when in truth - NO MEETING WAS EVER SCHEDULED! When I consult with the user who shows they created the meeting on behalf of another user - Neither knows why the meeting was scheduled and it DOES NOT show up on each of their calendars.

I have been trying to solve this for about 2 months with no resolution. I have worked with our MS support team but have had no luck. I thought things were fixed but today, another meeting was schedule and both users were unaware of a meeting until one VIP reached out asking if we would be joining.

We are using desktop Teams app and have checked settings in both desktop and web app. both are the same and we can not see anything that would show why meetings are being created. Looking for a fix not another 'read this article' as I have been reading articles for the last 2 months that have nothing to help with my issue.

    Hi @FJW Tech

You can schedule online meetings or conference calls on behalf of another person if you have been set up as a delegate on that person’s Microsoft Outlook messaging and collaboration client account.

You can remove the delegate in Outlook:

1.Select the File tab, then select Account SettingsDelegate Access.

    2.In the dialog, select Remove.
