Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I encountered during my scheduled PL-300 exam. Despite presenting my valid National Identity Card of INDIA, the OnVUE stated that my ID was not acceptable. As a legally accepted form of identification, this rejection was both unexpected and disheartening.
Here are the details of the incident:
- ID Rejection:
- I arrived at the exam center with my National Identity Card, which is a valid and legally accepted form of ID.
- I was denied the opportunity to sit for the exam, and the OnVUE mentioned that I could reschedule.
- Pearson VUE Response:
- Upon reaching out to Pearson VUE, I received conflicting information.
- They reversed their decision and stated that I would have to pay the exam fee again due to the ID issue.
- As someone who has prepared for months and is eager to start my data analyst journey, this situation has been frustrating.
Request for Resolution:
- I kindly request a fair and transparent resolution:
- If my national identity card is legally accepted, it should be clearly stated that it is allowed.
- I would prefer a refund if rescheduling is not an option.
**Pearson VUE Case ID**:
- I have not received any link to reschedule the exam.
- If possible, please provide guidance on how to proceed or escalate this matter.
I appreciate your attention to this issue and hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Sincerely, KRITI MISHRA Contact- 9993901394
