So, I'm trying to setup Azure Trusted Signing and have gotten to the part of Identity Validation and have been asked to provide more documentation to prove who we are. The thing is, all the examples seem to be for commercial enterprises. As we are a government agency, what sort of proof is needed for us to move this forward and start piloting this cool new tool\feature?

so, I received an email verification form this morning which I responded to and got the Identity Validation process finished. Maybe this is the new way to do this (wasn't an option I saw when I started the process) but I am all set now.

so, I finally got an email verification notice for validating the domain and that worked.
