Hi,

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of switching our current Azure pay-as-you-go plan to the Azure 3 years savings plan. I have noticed that the options supported include:

  • Pay-As-You-Go Dev/Test
  • Visual Studio Professional
  • Visual Studio Test Professional
  • MSDN Platforms
  • Visual Studio Enterprise

I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how we can proceed with this switch if it is possible. Thank you for your assistance.

Regards

Stanley

    Hello, @Stanley Anyanwu !

Can I change my Azure subscription offer?

As you pointed out, you can switch from pay-as-you-go to any of the following:

To do this, you'll need to go to the portal and select "Switch Offer" under the subscription you are interested in. Let me know where you want more information on switching:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/switch-azure-offer#switch-from-a-pay-as-you-go-subscription

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Navigate to Subscriptions and then select your pay-as-you-go subscription.
    3. At the top of the page, select Switch Offer. The option is only available if you have a pay-as-you-go subscription and have completed your first billing period.
    4. Select the offer that you want from the list of offers your subscription can be switched to. This list varies based on the memberships that your account is associated with. If nothing is available, check the list of available offers you can switch to and make sure you have the right memberships. Then select Next.
    5. Depending on the offer you’re switching to, you may see a note about the consequence of switching. Go through the list carefully and follow the instructions before you continue. You might also need to verify your phone number.
    6. After reviewing any notes or verifying your phone number, select Switch Offer.
    7. Your subscription is now switched to the new offer.
