Question

2 questions:

1) how do I add email as one of the methods? all I have is cell phone texts and when I hit 'try another method' the only other option is call. I like to work with my phone in a different room, so I'd prefer to have email be the initial option.

2) I used to have to authenticate 1-2 times per week, and lately it's 1-2 times per day. there has been no change to my situation (no password change, no network change, no updates, nothing). why is this?

Hello @Ella Fayer , you can manage your 2nd factor authentication methods here. The re-authentication frequency can be caused due conditional access policies with added or updated User sign-in frequency settings. If you need to know more about the later you will have to contact your organization CA or global admin.
