Purview Sensitivity label with Role CoOwner can't remove protection for emails

Hello team,

In the microsoft documentation for PUrview the role CoOwner, when a file or email is protected with the role CoOwner, the consumer hast full control over the data, he can modify the protection.

In the Microsoft Purview admin center when create a new sensititivity label with CoOwner:

This settings works correctly for files, the consumer can change the sensitivity label to public "Just classification" however for email, the recipient of email update the sensitivity label but the protection is not removed.
