Locked out of Microsoft 365 account, no access to Microsoft authenticator codes

I have been locked out of our business' ms365 account because I cannot receive Microsoft authenticator codes after changing my phone without MS authenticator backup. I am the only admin.
Tried contacting global support but the numbers for my country and many others regions I tried will just not connect or the call will just drop when the IVR says it is transferring me to an advocate.
It has been very frustrating getting in touch with Microsoft support.
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
