Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to see who deleted a column in on sharepoint list and could I recover that information back? thank you

First, you need to determine whether the column has actually been deleted.

Please Check Hidden Columns:

Go to List Settings>Columns to check whether the list items are actually deleted in your environment and they may be hidden from the view in some scenarios.

If it is confirmed to be deleted, unfortunately it's not available to directly restore deleted columns in SharePoint. There is no out of box way to do it. Only items, lists, sites and site collections can be restored that were deleted and are still in Recycle Bin. We could not restore data from a column.
