Again I have problems with another client... I have been resolved the rest of issues with clients but this doesn't want install.
I need to know troubleshooting because I think is a network problem but ... We have the ports opened correctly:

CcmMessaging:
The url to check cert's work correctly:
At registry I try to set manually the lookupmplist:
But always when I try to reinstall ccmsetup delete the value of key.
How can I troubleshoot this ?

Ok I solve it. It's a problem with firewall of Windows and Firewalls behind VLAN with IPS.
After we add the correct rules, client communicate correctly.

1,May we know how many clients are facing this issue? Are they in the same subnet/VLAN?
2,If possible, you can try to remove firewall/antivirus OR add recommended antivirus exclusions to have a try. Refer to:

1- No, we don't know how many clients have this issue because we found it when we try to install the client manually... When we create a new server, we install the client and normally works fine. No, they aren't at same VLAN or subnet, but I'll try to do an inventory about error / subnet.
2- I can't check it or disable firewall / AV ... Really big company and we haven't friends in comms or security :(
3- I checked the troubleshooting, it's not bad. The final links aren't working :(
I don't know how to check if the firewall allow to download files.
DNS resolve correctly the FQDN of primary site.
I need to know what test can I do to check the connectivity. ... I try test-connection for 443 and 80 and works fine ...
So I don't understand why can't contact with MP... Why can't get the site code... And I'm using the following command:
ccmsetup.exe /Source:"Directory" SMSSITECODE=S01 SMSMP=FQDN.MP.Site
Where is the issue? How can I troubleshoot this?
