These are just reports that can be scheduled like other reports.

To schedule them, you need to either:

• Have the individual user create a subscription to the report
• Have the administrator create a subscription for the user

Before you can do this though, you need to:

• Configure email for the report server: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/subscriptions/e-mail-delivery-in-reporting-services?view=sql-server-ver16
• Make sure the report is connected to a data source that can work when the user is not connected live. You need to have either stored credentials or no credentials (not recommended). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-data/store-credentials-in-a-reporting-services-data-source?view=sql-server-ver16
