Dear Azure Support Team,I recently received a false copyright infringement notice. After thoroughly checking our website, I can confirm that there is no copyrighted content present. To prevent any future issues, we have removed the domain from our hosting.

Could you please assist me with reactivating my Azure subscription?

Thank you for your support.

    Issue

azure ml subscription disabled cant create a support request

I have the below error in my console.

"We’ve identified suspicious activity in this subscription. To protect your account, we’ve disabled the subscription. Please contact Azure support to resolve this issue."

I then created a New support request as directed by the above message, which contained a link to the support request page.

On creating the new support request, I then get the following error.

    Support Extension Warning Message:

Sorry, we couldn’t create a support request for this subscription, as it may be disabled. Get help for disabled subscriptions at http://aka.ms/AzureSubHelp

After reading @SadiqhAhmed-MSFT 's post above, I noticed I had missed some emails from Azure earlier asking me to update my payment details to prevent disabling.

But I still can't create a request right now. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I can proceed / any more possible solutions.

In the meantime, I will try Azure Support on Twitter/X.
