Error 

w3scv service stopped working, which causes all the websites hosted by IIS. I tried to start the service and got the below notice: "Windows could not start the World Wide Web Publishing Service(W3SCV) on local computer. error 1075" (print screen is attached)

I tried to uninstall and re-install WebService(IIS), and failed. Because they are all gray(unable to uncheck)

    I found a same post on Stackoverflow, are they all posted by you? If this is the case, I will reply here and follow up. Thanks for your understanding.

    The reason you can't uninstall/reinstall is that you're not doing it the right way. From the screenshot you provided, you're trying to uninstall it from the Add roles and features option, but this part is only responsible for installation, therefore it is grayed out and cannot be checked. To uninstall, you need to do it from the Remove Roles and Features panel. Just refer to the screenshot: User's image

    Thanks for your response. I guess it works to uninstall the IIS and reinstall.

    And, I have already reinstalled the whole window because of the urgency.
