GPU accelerated windows VM

I am struggling to create GPU accelarated VM with windows and I need to creare a RDB. there is No N series VM in any region.

    Navigate to the Azure portal and create a new Azure virtual machine>>Select the region>>choose the image: Windows Server 2016 Datacenter, followed by selecting the VM size: NV series, which supports GPU, and requesting quota. Finally, click on create.
