Locked out of Authenticator app deleted by mistake) unable to login to microsoft outlook and teams, support keeps promising a call back in 30 mins forlast 5 days, Only authenticator setup for 2 factor recovery

Hi for the last 5 days I am locked out of my MSOffice, teams, outlook, 2-factor authentication was set up for the authenticator app, (which I accidentally deleted and am unable to reinstall) I and my office email also. So basically I am going back in circles. phone support says my ticket has been assigned and you will get a call back in a max of 24 hours, this has been reassured 20 times in the last 5 days.

It's a Microsoft 365 business account and I am the admin. Please suggest, thanks so much in advance.
