We're currently working on porting our 3D rendering SDK to support MAUI for Windows, and we already have support for .NET8 Winforms, WPF on Windows, and MAUI on Android and iOS. Are there any DX12 or DX11 based samples or demos that we might have missed?

I cannot find this kind of demos or samples. You can open an issue in the MAUI simple GitHub repo.
With Maui, Windows platform is represented by WinUI3. WinUI3 can use a SwapChainPanel to interop with DirectX.
In the MAUI, you can create a custom View then use handler to access the SwapChainPanel.
Here is a document about creating a custom control using handlers and similar thread.
