How to fix " following arguments are required" every time input the correct input? This is in the training lab of AZURE -AZ 900

I am doing the training for AZURE - AZ 900 / having few issues in the chapter 1, when working on the cloud shell. 1. It wont show advanced settings for the storage account in cloudshell. 2. When creating the virtual machine, as i put in the correct input to create the vm. It states that the following argument is required, please if someone can guide me through this?

this is what it is supposed to look like az vm create \ --resource-group learn-ccc991cf-81bf-4edc-8e09-7fea1363453b \ --name my-vm \ --image UbuntuLTS \ --admin-username azureuser \ --generate-ssh-keys
When I input "az vm create" this is the result the following arguments are required: --name/-n, --resource-group/-g

Are you using the correct sandbox resource group name? In your case, for this unique sandbox (may have expired by now), the resource group name you need to use is learn-d76bec09-2062-471b-abeb-4ddc99205652
This is a key point when working with the sandbox because you are blocked from creating new resource groups in concierge subscription.
