Bing resources are suspended for the subscription

Question

After upgrading my account I'm facing "Bing resources are suspended for the subscription". I have tried to both create paid and free version of the resource.

is there something I can do?
I have verified that I can deploy other services.

Sorry for the inconveniences that has caused. This was a known issue with some subscriptions not able to create resources in their subscription.

To get unblocked, please submit a support request through Azure portal with your subscription ID details.
