Where can I ask to remove all my data from azure portal? IT ISNT POSSIBLE !!!

Thanks for your question.

To do this, you can remove all the resource groups (There is no single button to clean all, if that is what you need). Please note that this process is permanent and you have to be careful. I will recommend the steps below

Back up your data (if necessary).

Go to Resource Groups and Click on Delete resource group to remove all resources within that group.

For Entra ID resources you will Navigate to users, groups or other relevant sections and delete what you want to remove.

You can also navigate to the portal and cancel the subscription, this will disable the subscription if you require this.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

@aleksw To delete your Azure account and all associated data in compliance with GDPR, follow these steps:

Delete User Account:

Go to the Azure portal.

Locate the user account you want to delete.

Delete the user. Initially, the account will be moved to the Recycle Bin.

Permanently Delete User Account:

Navigate to the “Recently deleted users” list.

Permanently delete the user from this list. This action will expunge the account from Microsoft Entra ID.

Delete Associated Data:

Use Azure’s data management tools to locate and delete any personal data associated with the account. This includes data stored in databases, storage accounts, and other services.

Submit a Data Subject Request (DSR):

If you need to ensure all personal data is deleted, you can submit a Data Subject Request (DSR) through the Azure portal. This request will help you identify and act on personal data stored in the Microsoft cloud.

For detailed guidance, you can refer to the Azure Data Subject Requests for GDPR documentation.

This is my real account which I use in Azure Portal (not the previous one). Where can I delete my account and all data? There is no option to delete my account.

Any solutions? Still can not delete my account. There is no worries from microsoft to follow the rules or laws?
