Question

I bought an office 2021 professional plus (usb and cd key in a plastic box) and when I tried to put the cd key into my account, it says this: Please come back later to redeem your product key.

I have tried finding what PkpnNotSupported means but google told me there's nothing to be found

I have also tried troubleshooting on microsoft's support site, but I might have reloaded the page one too many times because now all it says is "access denied" Any help?

Same, also can't access support site as "access denied" but I only F5 for once. Clearly MS has some issue here. Edit: Well I found the answer after I contacted to MS support. If you purchased this product outside your region/country like me, you might encounter this issue. Somehow product keys have "region bind" even they don't really have "region lock"... well except Germany, MS has a standalone version for it. So you probably purchased a fake official box that provided mismatch software and key, or you bought an official box but cannot use in your region if you are German.
