I want to request a refund for ms azure

I want to request a refund for ms azure.

When i made request a refund in support service
User's image I clicked this button then it show following this picture.

when i click submit a support request

it will return to homepage of support(with nothing).

Please help me to make a refund for billing that i didn't use it's service.

    Hi tanakit pentun,

    You can check the details in the Azure Portal in the Cost Management + Billing section.

    For a detailed list click on Cost Management -> Cost analysis -> Resources

    Another option is to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
