Merging of two different MCID certification profile but same microsoft email

I'll be having a PL400 certification exam but as per PearsonVue has identified that I have two accounts with the same name and email. Can I ask for help in accessing the other accounts or merging them as one?

The other MCID account can't be accessed anywhere.
