Hi,

I have been back and forth with numerous members of support chat, quite frankly been useless. I purchased a new iphone, did a back up in store, presumed that upon downloading back up from the cloud that the authenticator would automatically sign in. It did not. Upon trying to sign in, which i haven't used my password in a long time i have entered the wrong password, my account has been temporarily locked, however i left it over the weekend and tried to do a password reset via the mobile number on the account, confirmed it is the right number as i have a screenshot of the email stating a change in security information with this number on it back in 2020. Each time i try to use this verification, it says service unavailable.

I can not use a recovery form as the account has two step authentication enabled. I am pulling my hair out as i have had this account for 19 years, it has all my contacts, personal data, emails, my onedrive is affected which has over a decade of photos, family members, past and present. My gaming account which i've spent countless hours on. There has to be something that can be done, i refuse to believe that the account is just lost. It would be quite obvious to prove i am the owner, i can tell you so much information regarding the account.
