DELETING MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT

Question

I want to delete my entiire account. i have followed every step of this link:

And i cannot delete it because the following resources are not marked with a check sign! This is so so annoying i called customer service and they hang up on my face! Can someone please help me out i have followed every step of the required action column but not succesful! I have already cancelled the microsoft 365 subscription so it should work to delete it but it is not working
