I have the same problem from the 01.06.2024.
My ticket number is 2406010040001471.
When I push "Fix Now" button,, then I was redirected to the page https://credentials.microsoft.com/verify/noPermission
It is written "you need permission". What am I doing wrong?
Please, help me! I can't do anything!

You just don’t have the permissions. The permissions were lost during the registration process. This has been bothering me for two months. I keep getting replies and waiting for them to be processed in the background. In fact, it doesn’t help at all.

Yes, I fixed the problem by myself: I restarted registration process from the beginning and the problem did not reoccur

This problem still happens in Sept 2024.
I'm getting so many errors in that partner portal.
Microsoft Support say:
The verifiable credentials invitation is user specific and generally created for the Primary Contact assigned in your Microsoft Partner Center profile.
• If this is you, sign into your device as this contact prior to clicking the link.
• Alternatively, add the contact account to your browser and sign into that account prior to clicking the link.
It works for me.
