@91557984 Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

Please note that the content safety APIs/studio need Cognitive Services User role to be assigned.

    Action Plan:

    • Please check with the Subscription Owner to grant the "Cognitive Service User" RBAC role on the resource level for your user account.
    • Then wait for 30 minutes for the role to propagate.
    • Then clear the browser cache and access again.

Hope this helps. If you have any follow-up questions, please let me know. I would be happy to help.

I have the same problem. I tried to grant the permission but I cannot find the RBAC role "Cognitive Service User" - Instead, I can only find these roles:

    User's image

I wonder if the role has been renamed to "Cognitive Services OpenAI User"? Anyone has any ideas? Thanks.

    Updates:

I added the Azure AI User and now it works. Not sure if Microsoft has renamed that role to Azure AI User. It's really confusing.

The Cognitive Service User role is still listed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/built-in-roles
