So a few users in my company are having issues opening attachments in OWA, and will get the following error.

I'm not sure how to go about correcting this. I followed the link to the documentation but it wasn't super helpful. All the guides I see say to go to Authentication under app registration, but the problem is, there isn't one. It's Office 365 Exchange Online, so that option isn't available.

Hi @Gavin Renn , can you please follow this thread and let me know your results?

"The reply URL needs to be registered in the Azure Portal to create the connection to the application. Go to Azure Active Directory > App Registrations > My App > Authentication > and configure the URL that the user should be directed to after sign in. The reply URL in the portal needs to match exactly what is configured in the application code. For example, https and http register differently, and a mismatch would cause this error. The application ID/Client ID and tenant IDs also need to match in both places."

    Hi @Gavin Renn

    Welcome to our forum!

For the error AADSTS50011, i found that: This error occurs if the redirect URI (reply URL) configured in the application (code) and the Microsoft Entra app registration don't match. Please refer the article and try the following steps:User's image In addition, as i know, incomplete Outlook identity authentication will often cause errors, two-factor authentication is usually required, therefore, it is recommended that you follow this article to turn on two-step verification.User's image

    Hope it helps!
