I have a server, with the following configuration.

Operating System: Windows 2016 Standard
Processed: Intel Xeon CPU E3-1220 v6 3.00 Ghz 3.00 Ghz
Memory: 8 gb
HD: 1 Tb

Problem description:

I ping from a desktop to this server and has packet loss, lack of communication, I checked all the server settings, network card and the like and there was no evidence on that server, this server is a print server, from where I am loading applications of printing, and packet loss is not allowing me to continue with the settings, because I have a packet loss,

When I stop the print spooler, packet loss does not happen, and when I restart the print spooler service, packet loss happens again.

I performed updates on the normal server without any error, but it did not solve the problem.

    Hi,
May I confirm if any error message occurred when you failed to print from the printer server? Either in the client or the server side.

From printing perspective, you could check if anything useful has been recorded in the event log of print service:

To further investigate the lost package, it is suggested to capture some traces like Netmon but kindly note that trace analysis is not supported in our forum.

Task Manager\Processes and check to see if something is consuming all the resources (CPU / MEM)
