Request can't be completed right now on shared/delegate folder

I am a delegate on a folder and when I go to view the inbox, I get this error. User's image

I have never had this issue before and had access for nearly a year.

It is like this in all browsers and on the app.

I can see the inbox on the side and the sent and junk folders. Sent and junk have no issues only inbox gives error.

How do I fix this to view the Inbox

    Does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

    It is like this in all browsers and on the app.

    Considering that the issue occurs in browsers and on the app, in order to further confirm if the issue is related to the current computer, it's suggested that you could add your email account in other computer to check if the issue persists.

    In addition, i found a similar thread mentioned that it's useful to clear the browser cache/cookies, it's suggested that you could try it:**
