We use SCCM TS to image machines via Autopilot. Everything was working as expected couple of months ago, but now when we try to image the machines we get error 80070002.

We use SCCM Task Sequence to configure machines using Autopilot. Everything was working as expected couple of months ago, but now when we try to image the machines we get error 80070002. If I use Azure AD join profile, it works, but if we use HAAD join, we get an error 80070002 after waiting for 30 minutes on the blue screen that says Please Wait while we set up your device. Have tried on both physical and virtual machines, same issue.
