can't send or receive hotmail emails. it states my mailbox is full however; my onedrive says i only used 1.1 GB out of 5.

can't send or receive hotmail emails. it states my mailbox is full however; my onedrive says i only used 1.1 GB out of 5. This has been happening for over a month.

Response needs to go to dwiseman5414@gmail.com since my hotmail isn't working

    Check on Hotmail / Outlook Settings,

    General > Storage

    run Empty on unnecessary data.
