Windows 11 File Explorer Drop Down Menu

Question

The feature in file explorer to send files to a mail recipient has moved down in the drop down menu and now you must first click on "show more" before selecting this option. How can I either (a) move this feature up in line, avoiding clicking on 'show more'

or

is there another way to quickly send files from file explorer to a mail recipient.
