Can you share the exception or any failed request ID in the exception?
What's the auth you are using in order to access the storage? Is it Account Key, SAS, AD role? if working with roles, you need to ensure that you have appropriate roles such as Reader (Management Plane) & Storage Blob Data Contributor (Data Plane)
Do you have any network level restriction on the storage account? If yes, that could also be one of the issue. In that case, can you try flipping to All Networks and then try to access the same to see if that works?
