MY SQL SERVER INSTALLATION ERROR

Hello everyone,

I'm currently on Win11 Pro 23H2. I have installed and uninstall My SQL express couple times but having no luck in success installation.

I didn't know the cause of this issue.

Hope you guys could get me a possible fix

In C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log you find one folder per installation attempt. The most interesting are Summary.txt and detail.txt. Feel free to upload them here. Just to warn you: we may not find a simple solution, not the least if you have made multiple attempts. But we'll see.

Hello folks,

I found a fix... SQL server didn't like my NVME SSD. So I have to adjust the value via Registry editor. I didn't know if it does harmful effect on my SSD or not. Hope you guys can help.

I guess you applied the workaround described in this article. Yes, that's a fair game.
