I am unable to get a free subscription to do the training

I have been doing Azure training for 2 days on my account but I have now hit a wall. I am unable to continue the training as I have no subscription. When I try to get a free subscription to do the training I always get the same message. 'Looks like you already have an account'.

    If you're getting the "looks like you already have an account" message, please check the following:
